Join us for a weekend of beautiful music, community, and connection at St Peter's Cathedral, in support of earthquake strengthening of the Cathedral.

This year’s concert features the Cathedral Choir and soloists, led by Director of Music Rachael Griffiths-Hughes.

Start your Saturday the easy way.
Grab a coffee from the cart, wander the stalls, hear live music throughout the morning, and enjoy a moment watching the cathedral bells being rung. Plus, take the opportunity to head up the bell tower.

Confirmed stalls and activities
Stalls will feature a variety of items, including books, ceramics, handmade crafts, soaps, natural cosmetics, hand painted journals and notebooks, flowers, dolls clothes, plants, preserves, Devonshire teas, doughnuts, coffee, dog coats, high-quality pre-loved clothing, sausage sizzles, 3D printing, Korean cooking demonstrations, face painting, and more. Plus a visit from Bubbles the Clown!

Is there a cost? The evening concert is admission by koha. The morning market is free entry.
Where do I park? For the evening concert, parking will be available at the Cathedral. For the morning market, parking at the Cathedral will be limited for accessibility only. You may also park for free in the Citizens Advice Bureau car park just next door.

What if it is raining on market day? Unless severe weather conditions the market will go ahead as planned. We have contingency plans to ensure stalls are undercover. We will post updates on the day via our website and Facebook if there are any changes.
